• Buyer (open availability, full/part time, entry-level):
Looking for fashion-minded individuals for a fast-paced resale clothing environment. Primary candidate will have a strong knowledge of current fashion trends, excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Duties include: buying from the public, daily store operations, processing merchandise, displays, assisting customers, assisting in the preparation and execution of physical inventory, participating in store meetings, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Manager-in-Training (MIT) (open availability, full time):
The candidate for this position will be training to be an Associate Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resale. Duties include: all buyer’s duties and responsibilities, assisting the management team in directing and training the staff, assigning daily duties and responsibilities, opening and closing responsibilities, tracking the daily sales and intake totals, helping to attain all company goals.

The candidate for this position will be assisting and training for store manager responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in resale. This includes: all buyer and MIT responsibilities, supervising and delegating store operations, scheduling, staffing, employee performance evaluations, staff conduct and training, maintaining backstock, floor moves/season changes, maintaining creative and effective displays, markdowns/donations, conducting/participating in manager and store meetings, and maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable store environment for employees and customers.
