Rag-O-Rama Token Program
How does it work?
Our cashiers offer customers a token worth 5 cents or a bag
for purchased items. If the customer chooses the token, they
then place the token in the bin of the charity of their choice.
Customers have three charities to choose from. All
charities are usually local charities.
Rag-O-Rama will donate 5 cents per token to the
charities on an annual basis. Rag-O-Rama
thanks all participants for giving back to the community.

The Approach:
Simply come into the store, register with one of our friendly associates, then shop!
While you find great new items to buy, we sort your pieces and select various items for the store.
We purchase items based on: style, condition, season, color, size, label and rack levels.
What's in it for you?
Of the items we select, you have your choice for payment: Store credit or Cash.
How?
We price the items for the store, then pay you 45% in trade or 30% in cash of the store's selling price. The choice is yours, but please remember to take any remaining items with you when you leave.
selling guidelines
1. We are selective and buy approximately 10% of items brought to us.
2. For those items we purchase, you receive 45% in trade or 30% in cash of the store's selling price.
3. All items must be laundered and clean.
4. Bring items in a basket or bag, preferably not on hangers.
5. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before store closing.
6. Since we don't give you an itemized list of the items we're buying from you, you may wish to stay at the buy counter to watch us work.
7. You must have a valid form of identification, such as a current driver's license, government-issued ID, or passport.

The candidate for this position will be training to be an Associate Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resale. Duties include: all buyer's duties and responsibilities, assisting the management team in directing and training the staff, assigning daily duties and responsibilities, opening and closing responsibilities, tracking the daily sales and intake totals, helping to attain all company goals.

Looking for fashion-minded individuals for a fast-paced resale clothing environment. Primary candidate will have a strong knowledge of current fashion trends, excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Duties include: buying from the public, daily store operations, processing merchandise, displays, assisting customers, assisting in the preparation and execution of physical inventory, participating in store meetings, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a clerical position. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Auditing, filing, copying, data entry, supply and office upkeep/maintenance, answering phones, memo typing, inventory, errands, merchandise processing and projects. Efficient typing and 10 key is a must.
